1-7/13=n/d

Due to how the question is written, I'm not sure exactly what  you're asking.

If it is 1 -   7/13 = n/d, then it is 6/13, and n = 6 and d = 13.

If it (1-7)/13, then it is -6/13, and n = -6 and d = 13.

You'll want to check how the original problem is written.
