How does Odysseus come to the land of the phaeacians?How does Odysseus end up in Scheria, which is the Land of the Phaeacians?

Odysseus is finally released from Calypso and her island of Ogygia.  After setting sail, Posiedon sees that he is alone in the sea and creates a huge storm to make him suffer.  This destroys his ship and Odysseus is then lost at sea.  With the help of a sea nymph, he is washed ashore on the the Land of the Phaeacians.  That is how he arrives on their land.
