I'm not sure what you mean by "victims/ perpetrators of humanity" so I'll stick to those who connect to violence. Cholly and Pauline are good examples of characters who are both victims and perpetrators of violence. both have faced racism and hatred in their lives, with Cholly suffering a devastating trauma during his first sexual experience. they, in turn, continue the cycle through the abuse and neglect of their children and each other. Although their relationship began well, with a chance to break that pattern of cruelty, they both succumb to it in the end.
Pecola is, of course, the greatest victim of violence in the novel. She suffers abuse at the hands of everyone with whom she comes into contact. Even her friends reject her after her rape & pregnancy, leaving her completely alone in the world. Her father is the cause of her pregnancy, & her mother refuses to have anything to do with her. She ends up alone with her madness, a result of man's inhumanity to man.
