In "The Poisonwood Bible", what are the names Ruth May lists for the children of Kilanga?

She first calls them the "Tribes of Ham" (21), and continues to refer to them as this throughout the book.  It is based on the Bible story of Noah's disrespectul son being given a curse of dark skin.  Later, she lists specific names of village children:  "Tumba, Bangwa, Mazuzi, Nsimba, and those things" (51).  She also calls the boys that are rebeling against the Belgian army "The Jimmy Crow boys" (123), based on the segregationist Jimmy Crow laws in the U.S. at the time.

I hope that list covers what you need!
