What informaton do I put on a bibliography card?How to write them, where they go on the card

If you are writing a bibliography card for a book with one author (the most common type of card) your information would be as follows:

Author's Last Name, First Name.  Book Title. City of Publication: Publisher's Name, Year of Publication.

Here is an example...

Hawthorne, Nathaniel.  The Scarlet Letter.  New York:  Penguin Classics, 1996.
